On March 17th, Bishop Coerver notified all pastors that beginning with the Evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper on Holy Thursday, the parishes in the Diocese may return to the practice of receiving Communion in the form of the Precious Blood. Recently all of our Eucharistic Ministers gathered to discuss returning to the practice of distributing from the cup. We are blessed to have very devoted and faithful ministers always willing to serve. We are filled with joy that as we enter the Easter Triduum, those who choose will be able to participate in the Eucharist and receive both the Body and the Blood of Christ.
