For this month’s Time & Talent Spotlight, we’d like to shine our gratitude on Selina Vaughn!
      Selina is the lead creator for our Environmental Ministry. When she was first approached to head this very visual ministry, Selina had been yearning to become more involved with our parish but wasn’t quite sure where to start. With no prior experience, Selina has really shined in this role. She credits this to “God not calling the qualified, but qualifying the called”.     
      Every change in the liturgical calendar is so shocking and reviving with the switching of colors and themes. One of her favorite liturgical seasons to decorate for is Pentecost. “I love that at Pentecost Jesus breathed the Holy Spirit on them and that we have that too.”
        If you look around our building you will see many small details that are their thanks to Selina’s design. Thank you, Selina, for all your hard work and dedication to SJTB!
