  We are happy to announce a generous donation given to the Building Fund, on behalf of the Robert Melcher Estate.  Aly Gwinn, a member of our parish since its beginning, presented Fr. David a check for $70,000.00 on July 30th.
    We, along with Aly, want to thank Tony and Jeanette Hoover who spent several weeks helping with this endeavor.  We are grateful to have Tony and Jeanette as part of our parish family.
     This donation is a blessing and a true sign of Aly’s love for our parish. Her generosity, in memory of Robert Melcher, will touch the lives of many for years to come.  We are always grateful to those who have given in memory of loved ones who have gone on to their eternal rest.  To quote from the Prayer of St. Francis, it is “In giving of ourselves that we receive, and in dying that we’re born to eternal life.”
